With growth of industrial, manufacturing and construction sector in our country, the level of inefficiency in Electrical activities has been observed very high. There is an urgent need of skilled and efficient manpower for Electrical activities.To address this gap, The Institute of Advance Studies conducts the following National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT ) certified programs
Basic Electricity & Industrial Wiring
Concept of basic Electricity, Single phase & three phase circuits
Knowledge of tools required for-marking, punching, cutting, drilling, filing, stripping, crimping, socketing and fixing glands & screws etc
Rescue of person who is in contact with live wire
Knowledge of Measuring tools, wire gauges etc
Concept of basic Electricity, Single phase circuits
Basic Electricity & Industrial Wiring - Measurement of Electrical quantities like Voltage, Current, Resistance, Impedance, power factor and energy
Simple electrical Connections using resistance, voltmeter, ammeter & multimeter etc.
Practice on simple single phase
Knowledge of tools required for-marking, punching, cutting, drilling, filing, stripping, crimping, socketing and fixing glands & screws etc
Identification, usage of hand tools
Maintenance of hand tools & usage of various Measuring instruments
Safely handling Tools & Equipment, Use of proper Tools & equipment & its maintenance.
